Craig has led strategy, customer, commercial, technology, transformation and market functions across Mercury and Trustpower. His experience spans enterprise strategy, major integrations, acquisition activity, wholesale markets, customer businesses, digital and cyber capability, regulatory context and governance.
He has chaired NOW NZ and served as a director of the Electricity Retailers and Generation Association of New Zealand. His approach combines practical strategic judgement, commercial discipline and strong people leadership.
